Our signature dish, the Chilli Crab, combines the natural sweetness of Sri Lankan crabs with a carefully balanced blend of sambal chilli, tomato, and egg, cooked to achieve the perfect consistency and flavour.

Steaming is another essential technique in traditional seafood cooking. It preserves the delicate flavours and textures of the seafood, as seen in our Teochew-style pomfret, which is steamed with ginger, scallions, and preserved vegetables to create a light yet flavorful dish.
